The surplus room.Ever changing disaster of epic proportions...
All sorts of 2 wheel things resides in the storage space. Here is an orange 1975 CT 70 3 speed auto and a 1972 CT 70 4 speed in need of some love. Note the NOS headlight that I still can't get to work.
A seized motor is on the ground next to the NOS tire rack. An Iverson girlie drag stripper frame in need of a home is off to the right  and a AMC fireball off to the left.
When a nice piece comes into my posession, I have to agonize and deceide what gets broomed and what the museum keeps. I have limited room inside the museum space and limited cash to toss about, so I cant keep 1/2 of what I get. So, to have the cash on hand for the next oppertunity, I here must choose which 2 of the Vista Bananas get sold. I try not to think about how much effort, money, time and driving went into getting each one of these....
Never to be seen in the museum these bikes are early Honda Dream 305's. A functioning white 64, a nice low mileage black 66, a seized blue 64 and the motor on the left is what is left of a black 66. I am parting out 2 so I can have 2 that work, in hopes of being to own one for almost free!
The cases on the left are full of decals and litrature. In the foreground is a 68 screamer keeper that may push out the museums longtime screamer. Right lower corner hides a NOS girlie chopper, partially parted out...
Here in the corner is a Roadmaster "Fantastic One 5" with an orange to coppertone fade. Great 16 / 20 awaiting some correct parts. Behind it is a Wards "Open Raod Chopper". This seems to be kinda rare. I may owe this a resto or if too rare, I will have to keep it in original shape and not dick with it for posterity. A Slingshot tamdem project is on the bench along with 2 UK chopper MK3 still in the box. I can't seem to give these away, even at my cost. Another brilliant financial move...
The FLHRI, So big it is always in the way. Not really part of the storage. Just kind of in the way . I guess I have to move it. The space on the other side of the cases is not mine, so I can't put it there.  Poor thing got driven only 1,000 miles last year. A shame. I just got to get less busy...maybe get off the damn computer or stop fixing bikes.
