This Mattel Stallion has a unique sprung frame in chrome, welded handle bars beefy fenders and the fattest rims I have ever seen on a vintage bike. The seat (stamped with the Mattel circle) is adjustable by raising the upper frame member at the shocks. The Sturmey S3C hub and grip shifter have been added.  The tires are red line Tractor grips and the manufacturing is very like the SS5...MTD built?
**********Here is a better shot of the old Western Flyer Wheelie Bike, now with a NOS Cassette and wheelie wheels.
***********Iverson something. The chainguard was missing on this bike. I have no catalog for this year, what ever it is. Clues: Early head badge, 67 huret derailleur and white spoke protector, WIDE bars, early grips and reflector less pedals speak for an early bike 67 - 69. Red line tires should mean 68 - 70. Weird Huret shifter mounted to a "braze on" mounted to the top tube. Chainguard could be the louvered style, but I think this one is right. The Rocket screen was copied from a "High-speed" Iverson. The white tube under the shifter is for the blinker's battery.
